| Description | @Jason Ling I have a question for SWAN. SWAN can set debug message level for Synaptics api. And, SWAN set as 0 for all.(ampdiag setmodl ALL 0) But, some messages were printed even though I didn't change the log level. Hi Sangmin, May I ask if Synaptics jira "CSMSKBSBLT-222 MODULE_DISPSRV log messages are printed repeatedly." is the same issue as this mantis? And could you please tell me how to change the Synaptics amp debug level for test? Sam |

Hi Sangmin, The root cause is: After setting AMP debug level "0" (ampdiag setmodl ALL 0), some AMP modules' debug level still not "0". I already create a Synaptics JIRA to ask them to check it: https://synacsm.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/173/CSMSKBSBLT-224?created=true [AMP Log] Some debug Logs show out when debug level set as "0" Thanks~ Sam |

Hi Sangmin, Synaptics has responded the issue: https://synacsm.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/173/CSMSKBSBLT-224 They find those log is not printed in “ampservice” process. And the process(“com.skb.btvsochalservice@1.0-service”) calls their “AMP_initilaize” with their own namespace. I only can change the log level with the “ampdiag”, which means changed the log level in “ampservice” process, but didn’t change the log level in “com.skb.btvsochalservice@1.0-service” process. So I think you can let M/W check "com.skb.btvsochalservice@1.0-service". And please also check the Synaptics's cmoplete response in CSMSKBSBLT-224. Thanks~ Sam |
